Our organization is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Serket USA ("Serket"), a privately held company headquartered in Jupiter, FL.
Founded in 2011, Serket manufactures protective apparel and personal equipment solutions for those who defend and serve in the Armed Forces and Federal Law Enforcement industries. Driven by innovation, and ever-changing industry dynamics, their approach and product designs are centered around comfort, performance, and technology for essential operations.
As a growth-oriented company with a national pioneering reputation in personal protection equipment (“PPE”), CrewBoss has been designing and manufacturing high quality NFPA compliant and fire-resistant PPE for firefighters and the Department of Defense (“DoD”) since 1988.
Serket co-founder, Trey Harris, will continue in his role as President, leading the business strategy on the shared vision we have for the future. “By joining the CrewBoss family, Serket has found a partner who can help us create a more efficient and proactive product lifecycle,” said Harris. “Our customers can expect to see improvements in new speed-to-market products, logistical efficiencies, brand building and customer service response times.” He adds, “I’m excited to work collaboratively with the CrewBoss team and look forward to our writing the next chapter in Serket’s story.”

Our organization is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Quaker Safety Products ("Quaker"), a privately held company based in Quakertown, PA.
With its strong brand name and national reputation as a leader in personal protection equipment (“PPE”), CrewBoss, headquartered in Eugene, Or. designs and manufactures high quality NFPA compliant fire-resistant PPE for firefighters and the department of defense. CrewBoss and the management team are extremely excited to add Quaker’s certified structural and proximity product line to that of CrewBoss’. Ryan Davidson, Director of Sales stated, “With the acquisition of Quaker Safety, it will rapidly advance CrewBoss’ ability to provide firefighters a full range of certified PPE.
